1. Who We Are
TheraVita Health is a UK-based health and wellness service offering private weight loss support, dermatology treatments, prescription services, and wellness products. Services are delivered by qualified pharmacist prescribers.
2. Eligibility
To use our medical services, you must:
Be aged 18 or over
Be a UK resident (unless otherwise stated)
Provide accurate and complete information during your consultation
Not be receiving treatment elsewhere for the same condition without informing us
We may refuse treatment if it's not clinically appropriate or if full details are not provided.
3. Consultations and Prescriptions
All medical services are subject to clinical judgment. Completing a consultation form does not guarantee treatment or a prescription. You may:
Be prescribed treatment directly
Be contacted for more information
Be invited to book an optional consultation
Your safety is our priority. We only prescribe when it is clinically safe and appropriate to do so.
4. Our Process
Complete a secure online consultation form
If eligible, you’ll be invoiced and your treatment will be prepared
You may opt to book a consultation before or after treatment
Your prescription is dispensed by a UK pharmacy and delivered to you
You’ll receive guidance and optional follow-up support
Ongoing follow-ups and optional personalised plans (£20/month) are available to support your progress.
5. Payments and Pricing
All fees are clearly listed on our website
Services must be paid for in full before they are provided
Medication costs are included unless stated otherwise
We do not offer refunds once a medical service has been delivered
Refunds on non-medical products may be available within 14 days (see below)
6. Product Delivery
Prescription items are dispensed by a licensed UK pharmacy (CloudRx)
Non-medical items (e.g. skincare, shea butter) are shipped by us or our partners
Delivery times are estimates and may vary
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers
7. Refunds and Returns
Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed
Wellness products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging

8. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide full and honest information during consultations
Use medication only as prescribed
Contact us with any side effects or concerns
Not share or resell any prescribed medication

9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, branding, and downloadable materials, is the property of TheraVita Health. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce it without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
TheraVita Health is not liable for:
Incorrect use of medication
Delays caused by technical or courier issues
Any indirect or consequential loss
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
