1. Consultation Fees
• Non-Refundable: Fees for completed consultations (including initial and follow-up appointments) are non-refundable, as the service has been provided.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your consultation fee.
2. Prescription and Treatment Fees
• Non-Refundable: Payments for prescriptions and treatments are non-refundable once the medication has been dispensed or shipped.
• Incorrect Orders: If an error occurs on our part, such as an incorrect prescription or medication being sent, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
3. Digital Products
• Non-Refundable: Digital products, including meal planners, exercise templates, and e-books, are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
• If you experience technical issues with accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact us, and we will assist you.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and returned via the original payment method.
